Our network of hospitals, some of which are financiallyself-sufficient, serves the states of Tamil Nadu, Gujarat,Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka,Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Odisha, Uttarakhand,Chhattisgarh, Bihar, and West Bengal.

Sankara Eye Foundation is currently at an inflection point with several key capacity-building infrastructure projects underway. To fulfill our Vision 2030: March to a Million goals, we aim to raise $80 Million by 2030 to support our infrastructure expansion projects and an additional $80 Million for eye surgeries. We propose to do that by building new hospitals and expanding the capacity of the existing hospitals.

Sankara Eye Foundation’s key outreach program in the rural areas, Gift Of Vision, conducts diagnostic eye camps which are pivotal to reaching out to the needy population. In 2021-22, 1485 eye camps were conducted all over India. In 2022-23, the goal is to conduct 2760 eye camps.
